This rig can be used whether you are drifting or anchored. A red bead is placed above the hooks to act as an attractor. Two #6 long shank hooks are tied as a dropper rig. The sinker clip is positioned at the bottom of the rig and can be changed depending on the current. This rig is not limited to just catching whiting. It can be used as a light weight rig for catching many other species. It is equally as effective for light surf fishing or fishing in lakes and rivers.
